Our Coffee Process

Our coffee is roasted on a Sivetz fluid roaster. Unlike most coffees which use a barrel roasting process. Our Sivetz roaster injects air into the barrel effectively "bathing" the beans in a bed of hot air and not scorching them on a hot surface.  This allows every bean to roast evenly and consistently throughout the process.  This provides a very unique full flavour allowing all the oils to be retained in the roasted bean.
