Refund & Returns
We hope you to enjoy your coffee, powders or other products we have available so if you have any concerns or things weren’t what you expected then please let us know. We don't generally offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn't to your taste, but if there is a quality issue we will make it right. We'll always meet our legal obligations around refunds and returns.
All orders received are final and goods or service will be shipped as per the order form, so please make sure you double-check your details and address. If it’s too late though and you see a mistake, pop us a message and we will do our best to fix it for you. Alternatively, if you receive your order and something is amiss, contact our customer service team through the details on the bottom of your order conformation email. We will handle errors on a case-by-case basis.
