Unlike a simple tea bag steep, this recipe uses vibrant, finely ground matcha powder for a rich, creamy, and satisfying drink. We combine the earthy, slightly grassy notes of high-quality matcha with your milk of choice to create a perfectly balanced cup.

- Coffee Collective Matcha Powder - 3Tbs
- Hot Water - 45mls
- Steamed Milk - 150mls
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Get your Matcha ready - Combined Matcha Green Tea Powder with Hot Water and stir until you have created a liquid paste & set aside.
- Assemble the drink - Add the Matcha Green Tea mixture to the cup and pour the steamed milk over the top of the matcha mixture - give some latte art a go!
- Where the magic happens - Sprinkle a little Matcha Powder.
Pro Tips
- Make sure your Matcha mixture is loose, if too thick it won't mix well when combined with milk.
