What You'll Need
Ingredients
- Coffee Collective Matcha Powder - 4Tbs
- Hot Water - 60mls
- Ice Cubes - approx 2/3cup
- Milk - 100mls
- Strawberry Fruit Pulp - 75mls
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Get your Matcha ready - Combined Matcha Powder with Hot Water and stir until you have created a liquid paste & set aside.
- Assemble the drink - Add the Strawberry Fruit Pulp to the glass and add ice.
- Continue pouring - Add your 100mls of your choice of milk.
- Where the magic happens - Pour your matcha mixture over top of the milk, ice and strawberry pulp - Stir a little and enjoy!

- Make sure your Matcha mixture is loose, if too thick it won't mix well when combined with milk.
