  1. Create the Chai base - In a mug, the Chai Powder powder with hot water.
  2. Mix to dissolve  - Stir the mixture until the Chai Powder has dissolved, creating a smooth, concentrated base.
  3. Add the Milk - Slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug with the chai base.
  4. Top your brew - Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. 
  5. Stir gently and enjoy!

Pro Tips

  • For a Dirty Chai, add a espresso chot of your choice but note you will need to reduce your Chai Powder to 2 Tbs and steamed milk to 125mls.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of chai powder to make the drink stronger or milder.
